Update Memo

The following report outlines new developments in the past three months and the state of on-going developments.

The major obstacles to the implementation of alternative networks in Morocco remain legal in nature. Signs that the legal framework is slowly evolving have been noted (see the Regulatory report), but there were no new developments reported during the quarter in the future use of alternative networks.
