2. Article for the "Baltic IT Review"

Tarmo Kalvet. Merik Meriste and Marek Tiits submitted an article for the Baltic IT journal Baltic IT Review. The article "Estonian Survey of Information Society Projects. Inflection points I" was accepted and will be published in the next edition.

3. E-Estonia Report

The report takes into account recent European developments, in particular the eEurope initiative and the Estonian position to be in the forefront of developing information societies and thus following EU policies. The documents is calleded "The Progress of E-Estonia".

In the paper comparisons are made with other countries and possible future perspectives of Estonian Information Society are brought out. The main idea has been to propose solutions based on current shortcomings.
