1. Major changes:
According the Decree No 73 of the
Council of Ministers new composition of the Co-ordination Council
on IS was established. The members of the new Co-ordination
Council for Information Society at the Council of Ministers are
mentioned in the ESIS database.
Mr. Ivan Taushanov – former
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communications
and Secretary of the Permanent working group on IS was appointed
chairman of the State Commission for Telecommunications.
Mr. Aleko Konstantinov became
Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications, responsible for
IS development.
