Update January 2000: Algeria

The most meaningful change in this up date is the agreement of 4 new Internet providers which will play an important role in Information Society. The new actors who made the agreement on 1^st November 99 and are Eepad, Djazair Com, ACI Net and Procom International.

EEPAD ( In addition to being an Internet Service Provider, it offers teletraining services on computing and electronics. )
