Update July 2000: Tunisia

Within the last three months, only one change has occurred that being Mr Rached Bousemma replacing Mr Rifaat Chaabouni as head of SERST and as EUMEDIS focal point for Tunisia. Mr Chaabouni is now a professor at the Ecole Nationale des Ingenieurs de Tunis (ENIT). Otherwise, no other changes have taken place in any organization or ministry within Tunisia in the last quarter.
