November 2000	Update: Algeria

The third quarter of the year 2000 records some significant new web sites, namely regional and local authorities alongside national ministries. There is still a poor adherence of primary and secondary schools as well as hospitals and clinics.

Two (2) universities and three (3) national ministries joined the previous existent web sites. In addition, seven (7) web sites have entered the internet scene, they concern local and regional authorities.
