Update: Latvia

Libraries and schools are still in the forefront of setting up and using WWW in their activities. However, during the last quarter regional and local authorities as well as hospitals and clinics have developed new Web-sites. This development could be said to prove that use of WWW in Latvia is more and more spread to other sectors than the initial.
