It has been seen this quarter a decrease in the national Ministries domain. This is interpreted as a temporary situation since the websites are being redeveloped and expected to be relaunched in the next quarter. According to the Complete Guide to Palestinian Websites (hosted at Birzeit University), two Palestinian websites are no more active: this one of Ministry of Education (www.pna.org/moe) and that of Ministry of Health (www.palnet.com/archive/health).
A common website for the Governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh was reported in mid-January to have been launched (www.ramgov.org).
Al-Hashimyyah Secondary School launched its website, thus doubling the relevant domain website penetration.
The unique library website belongs to the Library on Wheels for Nonviolence and Peace: www.palnet.com/users/lownp
