In the last quarter, July-October 1999, there has been an increase of web-sites in the regional and local authorities, hospitals, clinics and museums. There were over a quarter more web-sites in the regional and local authorities, over three times more web-sites in hospitals in hospitals, and double the number of web-sites in museums.
