In the last quarter, October - December 1999, there has been an increase in web-sites of regional and local authorities, hospitals, clinics and museums. The increase can be attributed to WWW services (in the range of company websites and virtual WWW servers) provided by ISP (such as Polska OnLine and Onet.pl portal). Next year a significant increase in school websites is expected, as a result of a program developing computer and telecommunication infrastructure in schools, including those in less developed and rural areas.
