1) Distribution of local administrative units is as follows:

Each city, county and subcounty (population less than 10000) has a municipality. Each city and county also has a local governmental administration unit which mirrors the structure of the central government (total number is 950 as the sum of above except subcounties). Also existing is a special administration unit at each province (total number 80). Metropolitan city municipality units such as water and sewage administrations, city public transportation administrations are not included in figures.

The second row for regional and local authorities excludes subcounty municipalities (population less than 10000; total number 2265).

2) Professional training centers not included in schools (total number of web sites is 124). Preschools are not included in schools.

3) Population figure for hospitals/clinics include only hospitals. Smaller healthcare units such as independent clinics and health centers are not included.

4) Ministries of state not included in population figure for ministries.

5) Library search services (total number of web sites 12) not included in web sites for libraries.
