Nearly all Ministries have developed a web site : all Ministries in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania and Slovenia; more than 75% in Latvia, Bulgaria or Poland.
Universities and high schools constitute the second leading category, followed by museums.
In general, web sites remain rather few developped in other sectors, such as primary and secondary schools, hospitals and libraries.
